I wouldn't suggest upgrading just yet, unless you really know how to fix everything if/when it all breaks. It's supposed to be an LTS version, so it should be as stable as any other version, plus the added benefit of having long support. If you intend to upgrade early, it's probably worth waiting for one of the pre-releases (siege?)
