First step would be to google for drivers for the screen. You could
consider searching the LKML (Linux Kernel Mailing list) for any
references to it. Of course, you could also check the Thermaltake
website for linux drivers, as I presume they will have written the
windows ones...

Without drivers your LCD screen is useless in windows.
