I can't see myself benefitting from anything that Kodak or SCO or any other
failing company turned patent-troll does.

My take on it was that they missed the boat of digital cameras and became
irrelevant. So in fine US corporate fashion, they extorted money from a
"successful" company using the broken patent system.

I'm sorry, but I take that kind of behaviour into account when making
purchasing decisions.

This is why I don't do business with Microsoft, Amazon, HP, etc.
