Hey guys! Haim (CCed to that mail) would like to write a review about Ubuntu Touch in Hebrew and he couldn't find Hebrew in the list of the available languages for the UI so he thought that the system is not fully translated to Hebrew and that was the reason it wasn't included so he asked me and AFAICT it is fully translated.
