I am pleased to announce that Nightmonkey 2.0[1] is now available Nightmonkey is a simple tool[2] to help you translate package descriptions which appear in various package management software like the Ubuntu Software Center, Update Manager, Synaptic etc.
Using this interface, you can start working on the more user visible bits of the descriptions. Changes and features: * You can filter and sort packages by various parameters: translated state, popularity, repository they are in, visibility in software center * The frontend is now PHP based, in contrast to the old static HTML files. * The statistics are automatically updated every day The interface is translatable, so feel free to translate it at Launchpad[3]. For more information, see the wiki page[2]. Give it a try, I want to read your opinions! Regards, Istvan.
