You can sort by ApplicationId in alphabetical order to find where the
app is in the list in system-settings. You can also check if there is
a matching desktop file in ~/.local/share/applications/ or
/usr/share/applications/
If there is a record in the trust db but no desktop file, the app has
very likely been removed from the system and the record can be safely
deleted from the db.
But as Victor said in another reply, it seems OSMTouch is the blank line.
