I think this is a very old bug. I assume those are uninstalled apps or some
apps that are not supported anymore like for example the Log Viewer which
doesn't show in the apps scope anymore even though it's installed.

I have quite a lot of these as well. I've always assumed they were for
websites asking for your location through the web browser, but that's just a
guess. It would be great to have a way do delete them, though.

i think it is the browser and i'm pretty positive this is there since
forever, iirc there is also an old bug ... definitely not OTA12 related
...
