Yes. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. Same issue; tried also with latest 3.0.0.583
I managed to make camera-app to work. I uninstalled it. Then under Privacy settings noted an unchecked item with no icon under Camera, along with checked ones (Tagger and Level) with normal icon.
