Precisely. I think the idea about locking data, is basically what I'm proposing with the fine-grain locks, but I'd suggest actions and data, so you can stop people making phone calls, which has nothing to do with data. Having the ability to lock an entire app is additionally beneficial, for example if I want to make sure nobody messes with my story progress in a game, I can just lock the entire game, so other people can't play it when borrowing my phone.
