I recently bought a dell 13.3 in laptop, and would found their prices really expensive. I had a coupon that made it affordable, and it was really the larger battery that made the difference. knowing what i know now of dell's tech support and customer service I would have bought from system76 or zareason. This is even shown in the fact that i contested the credit card charge last Friday and STILL havent heard from them, implying that they dont want their money?
It seems to not make any sense. If dell wants us to buy their computers, with their size, i expect they wouldent be $500 more than their competitors. Possibly i am one of few horror stories, but i think ubuntu on a dell makes little sense.
