Thanks for the explanation - I sort of guessed it might be like that I 
suppose. I appreciate the practicality of the large benefits of the 
change. It is a marketing loss, however I can readjust my approach now 
I know the situation. It is easier to explain the change to others 
too. Part of the credibility is to be able to anticipate questions and 
give convincing answers.  :-)

Keep up the good work with BECTA! following the January BECTA report, 
IT coordinators from two different schools visited my table at the 
computer fair saying they had been given a 'directive' to investigate 
FOSS. They left with goodies which included a bunch of Ubuntu and 
Edubuntu CDs.
