I agree it makes sense, but I also think that internal and external
news frequently overlaps, and it would be a shame to unify some
resources, and dived others.

Maybe -news team should be a sub-team of -marketing?
Maybe their should be some explicit effort to keep both teams in sync?

I'm worried about all the knowledge you gather, for example, by
researching weekly for the UWN is not invested into the release notes
of Gutsy.

I do strongly agree this is the right move, I just want to make sure
we don't break anything in the process.
