I have made some minor changes compared to the original file from the oneric release, for example: \menu{Help} \then{Contents} --> \menu{Help \then Contents} The rest is for the reviewer. :-) Please check my file and give me feedback if I made some syntax errors (my "make" was successful). If there are some more files to convert to tex, send it to me. I will try then to commit it directly to launchpad.
