Tell me what the equivalent of 'i.e.' and 'e.g.' are for your language and I'll adjust the macros for your language. If you choose this option, you won't need to translate the \ie or \eg commands individually; you can leave them as-is in the sentence. 2. Replace the \ie and \eg commands with appropriate translations for your language each time they occur in the text. If you'd like me to translate the macros for you (so you don't have to each time you encounter one), send me the name of your language and the proper translations for 'i.e.' and 'e.g.'.
