Yes - I'm far less worried about ubuntu-advantage-tools - it seems unlikely that would get added to Debian, given what it is :) But having a defined consistent policy helps I think. I don't feel strongly about any need to change to *immediately* comply. A note in debian/README.source saying "we know, but it's historical; we'll move at the next opportunity" would also be fine. It's more that when reviewing something new, Ubuntu developers know what to do without having to think about it, there isn't a tendency to more inconsistency making things more confusing for newcomers, and if someone is concerned when reviewing, then they won't need to keep checking or re-raising the same point :) Robie
