Hi, you should report this upstream, https://bugzilla.gnome.org/ , since it doesn't sound like an issue related to Ubuntu. You need to provide the version that is installed. To get the version, you could open a terminal and run dpkg -l 'gnome-sudoku'|grep ii|awk '{print $3}'|cut -d: -f2|cut -d- -f1 Maybe you just need to run gnome-sudoku -v or gnome-sudoku -V or gnome-sudoku --version I don't have games installed, so I don't know. If you post to an Ubuntu mailing list, you at least should provide the release of the Ubuntu flavour you have got installed. Open a terminal and run lsb_release -d to get the required information.
