OK, thanks for the clarification. Then let me try to bring it to the "Fix Released" state ;). As said already and as you may have noticed, I am not that much into Ubuntus packaging infrastructure, so contact me if the following is crap: I prepared two debdiffs - two because I didn't know whether to use the source packages (or the *.dsc's to be precise) or the binary packages, so I made both ;). They are attatched to this (the one for the source packages) and the following (the binary one) comment (and not marked as patches, I hope this is right...). I also uploaded the source package, which I made for this, to my PPA, where the binary packages are just being built, so keep an eye on it.
