No, voting isn't the way bugs are worked on. If more than one person
can reproduce a bug, it's considered confirmed.
Bug 58622 was slightly similar in that the autoscroll icon sort of
"bled" over, but it required compiz to be running. You aren't running
compiz, are you?
And if possible, please check to see if this is still a bug in Edgy.
