I can't reproduce it now with edgy, but i'm on a completely different machine here. Either firefox 2 or the gtk that ships with edgy doesn't have a thin empty space between tabs and tabbed pages.
I was planning to upgrade my desktop soon (the afflicted comp). I'll report back here then. Or, if you want to close this report, that's fine by me.
