the stacktrace doesn't show anything special, evolution was hanging while you got it? could you open the bug on bugzilla.gnome.org where the people who write the software will read it since you seem to be able to trigger the issue and it'll be easier to reply to their questions for you than for a bug triager which doesn't get the bug
