Currently I am reading
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/AutodetectMonitorFrequency because there seems
to be something there but I just can't put my finger on it. I am trying
to understand these things a little better. If xserver-xorg is not
writing these detections anymore, what is and how to correspond with it.
You know, is this basic stuff thats supposed to be easy or do i need
some sort of training that would help? Also is there a page I should be
looking for in particular for this instance because having a resolution
of 640 x 480 isn't very good for the eyes. It used to be 1024 x 768.
Is there some where i can write this resolution? What is the proper
question I am looking for?
