Well, the new drivers don't seem to be causing system crashes, which is good. They do, however, cause the wireless connection to drop out every now and then, requiring a restart. I get messages in dmesg similar to: [ 307.961018] rtl8180: WW:No more TX desc, returning 33 of 33
The good news is, I have received a further updated driver directly from Realtek. I'll compile this one and see how it goes. ** Attachment added: "rtl8187se_linux_26.1016.0716.2008.tar.gz" http://launchpadlibrarian.net/16098501/rtl8187se_linux_26.1016.0716.2008.tar.gz -- no support for realtek rtl8187se https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/246141 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
