I do not want you to print a test page, I want you to print the same job with Firefox again, but this time with the Troubleshooting tool of system-config-printer observing the process. If you are in the Troubleshooting wizard at the "Test page" step, you can do any print job, and you are supposed to to a print job for which the bug occurs. So if you are in this step go to the web page for which HPIJS crashes and print it again. In the Troubleshooting wizard a job entry will appear. Select the job entry and proceed to the next page of the wizard.
In addition, the retrace you mentioned would help, but as the bug occurs only for certain input files I am not sure whether the Launchpad/Apport retracer will be able to reproduce the bug.
