Offir, I am not a translator, but my research shows that you need to be a member of https://translations.launchpad.net/+groups/ubuntu-translators (You don't need to join a team to translate Ubuntu, only to improve already existing translations). Then you can download "ubuntu-docs" and make the corrections. [2]
