This issue doesnt seem to be a ubuntu issue at all. opera nad flash are both under restricted licenses and im gonna close this bug due to that reason. Also i wonder just off the record is this our build of opera and our build of Flash? But until i see this being a Ubuntu issue there is nothing we can do about it. Please file a bug upstream to opera/flash about your concerns about flash/opera not being supported by each other.
