Yes, I can verify that it is fine with 'font-size: 14px', and I can reproduce the issue by setting 'font-size: 10px'. The plain text is fine, but the links go crazy. This also confirms the Wikipedia issue, as all the pages with the problem have the same template with the links using non-english characters.
