changing the settings will not really make the bug fixed faster, there is thousand of bugs opened and a very small team to work on those, the issue might be an annoying one but it's not a security bug nor destroy user datas and seems to be specific to some hardware, it might be annoying to you who have one of those though but that doesn't make the bug a priority for the distribution
