Leanne, I am using the latest iwl3945, so I have created a new bug here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-ubuntu- modules-2.6.24/+bug/220734 with all logs attached. I don't think it's quite the same as any of the other iwl3945 bugs.
