Just my opinion: I don't believe this is a bug in the Human theme, since
the windows manager probably is supposed to have the responsibility to
draw things always in a consistent state, which doesn't seem to be the
case (since the titlebar appears randomly corrupted). Even if human
theme definition file was "broken" or anything like that, I'd expect all
elements to be always drawn in the same way (even if it was the "wrong"
way due to the bad configuration), or not drawn at all.

But I confirm this workaround changing the theme file's "left_width"
setting works for me. I didn't understand very well what it does, but
I'm not seeing any inconvenient while using it. So I guess this would be
a suitable emergence fix for Hardy final, but the real bug itself should
be probably fixed in Compiz (or something like that).
