Sorry, I can't answer my question from that answer (assume I'm an idiot). I
would guess it means that you're installing the Ubuntu package on-top of the
compiled package, using apt-get install or one of the other package managers?
(Also, please leave the status as "incomplete". It means that there is a
triager actively working on this bug and there is not yet enough
information for a dev to fix it... if I disappear for a month, then set
it back to new :)
