The problem was that I didn't bother migrating the data when we implemented native KDE support for plural forms and context. This was not a problem because we've gotten all the Gutsy files (including translations) imported afterwards. However, Dapper has not received updated translations, so the migration is indeed necessary for it.
So, we are going to migrate the data now, watching not to destroy already fixed up data.
