For reference: after this fix, the fortran-* packages in stonking- proposed still fail. They need fortran-fpm 0.13 (LP: #2169679), plus fixes for dh_strip/debugedit (LP: #2169677) and the Ubuntu-only build flags in dh-fortran (LP: #2169678).
