agreed! a laptop without a decent wireless connection is a big problem! this bug may not prevent anyone from booting, but it makes people have to boot every time the driver fails (at least that's how I'm dealing with it, considering I'm unable to do anything that involves compiling :-p). it's not lack of booting, it's too much booting :)
