Public bug reported: Because python-charset-normalizer isn't in main, this package has an Ubuntu delta that drops python3-charset-normalizer from Depends/Recommends. With the MIR for python-charset-normalizer approved, we should drop the delta so that the next Debian update is sync'd (instead merging from Debian unstable).
