The VPU firmware on Rubik Pi 3 Gen 2 board is missing in Ubuntu's linux-
firmware

Import the following from the upstream linux-firmware:
file qcom/vpu/vpu20_p1_gen2_s6.mbn
[Test Case]
enable display on RPi 3 gen2 board
observe result.
