According to the publishing history of the linux and linux-restricted-
modules packages, version 7.0.0-22.22 of both was released
simultaneously (to within one second of each other).

But we shouldn't assume that simultaneity translates to the servers and
especially mirrors. The nvidia-graphics-drivers-595 package should
guarantee the existence of a working kernel module locally at all times.
So I have added a nvidia-graphics-drivers-595 task here.
