I am going to assume that this was fixed by the various firmware
evolution as well as driver evolution. Kernel 7.0 from 26.04 seems
rather stable, no visible spurious roaming, sticking to 6GHz channel on
non dedicated 6GHz SSID (broadcasting 2.4, 5 and 6). And phy rate is
correct.
