Things have been rather stable for me with the reported combination over the past few months. I've since had to upgrade to 26.04 that installed new firmware: > [ 156.820905] mt7925e 0000:c2:00.0: enabling device (0000 -> 0002) > [ 156.827338] mt7925e 0000:c2:00.0: ASIC revision: 79250000 > [ 156.904165] mt7925e 0000:c2:00.0: HW/SW Version: 0x8a108a10, Build Time: > 20260106153007a > [ 157.252480] mt7925e 0000:c2:00.0: WM Firmware Version: ____000000, Build > Time: 20260106153120 > [ 157.910128] mt7925e 0000:c2:00.0 wlp194s0: renamed from wlan0
and I think things are fine, even going back to non 6GHz dedicated SSID on the AP. iperf3 gets me between 1.5-1.6Gbit/s symmetric on U6 Enterprise, and ~1.75Gbit symmetric on U7 Pro. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2118755 Title: mt7925e driver is unstable on 6GHz network To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/2118755/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
