Public bug reported:

Attempted normal import of prior months info via a QIF file. All the
prompts occur as prior months but when the account is checked no update
occur. This is on Build 5-10+. Dropped back to Ubuntu 24.10 and
GnuCash Build 5-8+ and the same QIF file works.
