I have this issue although none of the above issues resolve. Fresh Ubuntu install with a 4070 and 13900h on a dell g16. Cant debug itn because I can't get back into my installation. Don't tell me to reinstall because I tried that but as soon as I do the latest system updates after installing this issue starts after a reboot.
