So, a rebuild of 0.20.2-1ubuntu4 against noble-proposed fails (as that's
why 0.20.2-1ubuntu4.2 exists), and a rebuild of 0.20.2-1ubuntu4.2 again
picks up a dependency against a file only in libllvm18 from noble-
proposed.

Solving this will require either:
* Building a new version in a PPA without -proposed enabled, so that it picks
up a dependency against /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libLLVM.so.18.1, and then
binary-copied into -proposed
* Removing llvm-toolchain-18 from noble-proposed, and then rebuilding bpftrace
* Releasing llvm-toolchain-18 into noble-updates, and then re-instating
bpftrace 0.20.2-1ubuntu4.2
