Hi 'niranjuv', please notice that these updated packages are for 24.04 (code-name 'noble'), you cannot test them properly on a different Ubuntu release. Please double check with "lsb_release -a".
If you need to install the packages on an isolated system, it's of course a bit more work. In case you have a system (s390x, 24.04) that has connectivity, you may download the packages with the help of "apt-get download ...", transfer them install them from local disk for example with "apt install *.deb".
