Ubiquity was last used on Ubuntu 23.10 ISOs on the legacy installer ISOs (it was the primary installer last on 22.10), no such legacy installer ISO is available or supported on Ubuntu 24.04 or Ubuntu 24.10. Your issue is likely with ubuntu-desktop-installer, however you didn't use that in filing the report, thus limited install log reports were added as you reported against a deprecated & non-existent installer.
