** No longer affects: mtink (Debian) ** No longer affects: mtink (Ubuntu)
** Description changed: Unlike LP: #2089600 the packages in this bug should be usable without gimp 2. I am requesting their removal anyway to not further delay the gimp 2 -> 3 transition. They have already been removed from Debian Testing with Release Critical bugs about the need to stop trying to build with gimp 2. gmic is - currently unbuildable because of a different issue. mtink needs work - done on its Makefiles to build without gimp 2. + currently unbuildable because of a different issue. When these issues are fixed in Debian with a new upload, they will be autosynced back into Ubuntu. - - $ reverse-depends src:mtink - No reverse dependencies found - $ reverse-depends -b src:mtink - No reverse dependencies found $ reverse-depends -b src:gmic No reverse dependencies found $ reverse-depends src:gmic Reverse-Recommends ================== * gimp-plugin-registry [amd64 arm64 armhf ppc64el riscv64 s390x] * med-imaging-dev (for gmic) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2090965 Title: Remove packages that have gimp 2 build-depends To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gmic/+bug/2090965/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
