Hi Koichi,

do you have the updates repository disabled, and are only taking
security updates?

In any case, even noble-security has libcurl4t64 8.5.0-2ubuntu10.4
nowadays:

$ apt-cache policy libcurl4t64
libcurl4t64:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 8.5.0-2ubuntu10.4
  Version table:
     8.5.0-2ubuntu10.4 500
        500 http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble-updates/main amd64
Packages
        500 http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble-security/main amd64
Packages
     8.5.0-2ubuntu10 500
        500 http://br.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu noble/main amd64 Packages

What's the output of the above command for you?
