I would like to make a suggestion regarding the "mixed mode" UEFI.
Although Ubuntu no longer provides 32-bit Ubuntu ISOs, there are still
some devices on the market with 32-bit UEFI BIOS, but the CPU supports
64-bit mode. In this case, Ubuntu only needs to provide a 32-bit GRUB2
to successfully boot the system.

Have you considered this suggestion?

Additionally, in mixed mode, Secure Boot doesn't actually need to be
considered.
