Public bug reported:

text editor and spreadsheet appeared to open but would not display on the 
screen.  I tried to uninstall and re-install.  Ubuntu 22.04.03 with updates.
$sudo apt remove libre*
u
Uninstall seemed to work but I could not re-install - "broken packages".
When I tried to reboot, I had no display, but could use ctrl-alt-F1 and run in 
terminal.  I had no internet and the terminal app was masked.  I backed up and 
installed a new Ubuntu.
