Today's Ubuntu 24.04/graphics-drivers PPA brought in the 555.58.02 Nvidia driver, and now the ubuntu-drivers list output includes the 550, 550-open, 555, 555-open drivers, as is should for RTX 3080 hardware. See bug 2037004 for the continuing hwdb deprecated issue.
