Public bug reported: One second screen freezes happen roughly every 5 minutes when I am on battery and GPU PowerMizer is in adaptive mode. The issue stops once I manually set it to high performance (nvidia-settings -a "[gpu:0]/GpuPowerMizerMode=1")
