All autopkgtests for the newly accepted openssl (1.1.1-1ubuntu2.1~18.04.16) for 
bionic have finished running.
The following regressions have been reported in tests triggered by the package:

openvswitch/2.9.8-0ubuntu0.18.04.2 (amd64, i386)
dovecot/1:2.2.33.2-1ubuntu4.7 (armhf)
